Our server was also from Colombia and super friendly. They recommended perfect combination for cheese plate, wine and helped us choose a pasta. Great experience and lively bunch behind the bar. Great for date night!

I went for dinner, very crowded and the tables were very very small, not even could fit 2 plates.
The ambience is super nice, I love how it looked and the music was nice.
We ordered the shrimp hummus and the mussels for starters, both of them fantastic.
As entrees, we ordered a carbonara that was good, and a papardelle ragú, which wasn’t al dente, the beef was very chewy and the sauce tasted like ketchup.

I almost didn’t want to write this review because I would like to gatekeep how wonderful they are and fear that this will become a restaurant that flocks of people run to. I went here this past Saturday night for a large group dinner and the Have & Meyer staff really went above and beyond. From the moment we walked in the door, we were blown away. From the ambiance, the setup, the decor, the food, the service, the delicious cocktails and homemade food… I have no words. It was such a lovely evening. They really really went above and beyond and it has to be one of the best dining experiences I’ve ever had in nyc AND with such a large group. Thank you Have & Meyer Team!! One of the best little stops in Williamsburg for all things Italian. Superb pastas and an incredible wine list are the highlights of the menu, but are equally supported by the incredibly charming decor. An excellent spot for a date or to celebrate with friends. You also will do well to start off with one of their cocktails which are always delicious and expertly prepared. The wine cellar makes for a fantastic private dining experience as well. Make sure to check it out.

Hands down one of the best restaurants in NYC. Incredible curation of wines you won’t find elsewhere. Vast knowledge that powers great food and wine pairing suggestions. Excellent food. I recently reserved the private room at Have & Meyer for a small cocktail party for friends and family. Alessandro and Daniela made this event a success with their excellent wine selection, food and service. We had a little miscommunication about the table setting which was set up for a sit-down dinner, but they quickly re-organized the table and chairs for a stand up cocktail party without stress. All my guests enjoyed the entire event and said they would return. I would highly recommend Have & Meyer for any private event.

My fiancee and i celebrated our engagement with family down in the wine cellar, and the staff couldn't have made it any more special. They were so incredible with their service, the food and drinks were magnificent. Special thank you to Daniela, for making our night unforgettable!
