I bought one large stuffed crust pepperoni pizza the pizza was burn with no cheese at all dry and they have a bad customer service I keep explaining that I call to made the order and the lady keep saying no no no I was like yes I did and she give me a bad attitude and everything this pizza looks so nasty I couldn’t even eat something out of this!!! Don’t go to this place

only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because the delivery guy was really nice. very disappointed in the food though. this is unacceptable... the pizza arrived looking like it had been thrown around. not sure if it was the driver or the store but either way it was in horrible condition when we got it. probably won't order again for awhile. maybe it was just a crappy crew or something.. who knows but there is no excuse for the condition of the food we got.

The only place I've ever had forget about my order on multiple occasions. After waiting for over an hour for my curbside pickup order, I called and was conveniently informed that my order was "next in the queue" and would be out in 2-3 minutes....30 minutes later, it was brought out. When I got home, my entire household had already gone to bed. Probably for the best though because the pizza was poorly sliced and the crust was tougher than an uphill marathon in solid lead shoes. The kids who work here are always so very sweet, but the management team needs to work on the efficiency of their entire operation.

Very disappointed with customer service when I called to order. Basically got yelled at whíle trying to order saying the pizza was going to be just cheese if I didnt tell him what to put on it when it was my first time trying to order a pizza that had the ingredients already on it .... I don't do good when people get upset with me especially when it's my first time and just had me shook. I hung up and was truly an uncomfortable experience. Idk who they hire but they need to teach them manners and customer service etiquette

I placed a curbside order for a large pizza on the app. I arrived 15 minutes after placing the order and checked the “I’m Here” button. After 10 minutes of waiting I decided to call and was told my food would be right out. I waited another 20 minutes and decided to walk inside. There were two employees standing around the front counter and my pizza was just sitting in the warmer. When I arrived home my food was cold. Absolutely unacceptable, I will definitely never use “contactless curbside” again.

This place has real issues.
After a few visits where I picked up my order and the employees were loudly and openly fighting with each other, I thought I'd get it delivered. Maybe that's safer.

After 45 minutes of waiting, they called to let me kow that they delivered the pizza to the wrong place, but they were leaving right now to deliver a new pie. Plus, they're bringing a cookie that I can't really eat. Fine. Whatever.

45 minutes after THAT, they finally show up.

My double pepperoni and double mushroom had normal pepperoni and a few mushrooms.
It was cut WAY off center. Some pieces are huge and other tiny.
There's WAY too much sauce on part of it.
They forgot and did this WAY too fast or they're just incompetent.
The cookie is really, really hard. It's either old and reheated or baked WAY too long. Everyone there needs to go from the ground up and new management needs to start over with new people.
No one there knows what professionalism is.

Ate my 2 pieces pizza and 1/2 chicken wings in 1 hour was puking my guts up. I dont get sick easily. I was only one in my family who ate pizza and I was only one who got sick. EAT AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!! Terrible! Order not secure open to public when delivered/No seals like other food delivery services.
I because of this place will never eat Pizza Hut again I just deleted my account!!!!.

My husband, our son, four of our grandchildren and I ordered delivery from Pizza Hut, tonight. My personal pan pizza was excellent, as were the mild boneless wings with ranch and mini cinnamon rolls. In addition, we ordered two wing and pizza deals, and both were delicious. Delivery was fast; the food was hot and fresh. Recommended!
